Energizing Boost

Instructions:

If you don’t have access to a juicer, you can use a Vitamix or other high-speed blender to blend and then strain the juice through a cheesecloth. To do so:

Chop all produce. Peel all citrus.

Blend small amounts at a time, adding additional produce as you go. Add a little purified water as needed.

Blend until it becomes liquid.

Pour mixture into a cheesecloth, and squeeze out the liquid into a large bowl, leaving the pulp behind.

Pour juice into a glass and enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cucumbers

5 stalks of celery

Handful of romaine

Handful of mint

1 inch of ginger

2 lemons washed and juiced with the rind

Dash of cayenne pepper (optional)
